Statement About «MOV» and Privacy

«MOV» is an app provided by independent Ukrainian developer Dmytro Popov (Дмитро Попов) (hereinafter referred to as "I", "me", or "my").

«MOV» allows you to plan your weekdays, monitor your breaks and receive reminder notifications about them.

1. What Data Does the App Collect About You?

As a part of the «MOV» functionality, the following data may be collected:

• information about your weekday schedule, such as work start and end times, break times and their respective names

This information is stored and processed locally on your device to display it in an interactive form and notify you about scheduled events.

2. How Is Your Data Used?

For proper operation, «MOV» stores the collected data locally. No data is transmitted over the network, except for data collected by the Crashlytics, as described in the next section. Crashlytics transmits and temporarily stores the data in an encrypted form.

3. Usage of Third-Party Services

Crashlytics

«MOV» utilizes Firebase Crashlytics, a crash reporting service provided by Google, to help me improve the stability and performance of the app. Crashlytics collects information about app crashes and errors, but it does not contain personal information, such as your name, email address, or device-specific identifiers which can be used to determine your identity.

What Data is Collected by Crashlytics

Crashlytics collects technical information related to app performance and errors:

• Crashlytics Installation UUIDs
• Firebase installations ID
• Crash traces
• Breakpad minidump formatted data (NDK crashes only)

How Is Crashlytics Data Used

The data collected by Crashlytics is used solely for the purpose of identifying and diagnosing app issues. This helps me ensure a smooth and reliable user experience. The data is stored and transmitted securely and not used for other purposes. The collected data is temporarily stored by Firebase for 90 days before starting the process of removing it from live and backup systems.

User Controls

You have the option to control the usage of Crashlytics within "MOV". While the app may collect crash data by default, you can choose to opt out of sending crash reports in your app settings.

By using «MOV», you acknowledge and agree to the usage of Crashlytics as described above. If you have any questions, or concerns, or require further information about the usage of Crashlytics or any other aspect of this privacy policy, please contact me via the email provided in the policy.

4. Is Your Data being Shared?

«MOV» does not share the data collected from the user with third parties, except for the data collected by Crashlytics, which is used by Firebase to analyze application crashes and provide support for me in fixing the issues.
